"I’m a fish biologist by profession, and I used to be quite active. But a series of life events led me to become more sedentary, and eventually, I found myself out of shape and unable to enjoy the activities I loved—like skiing and whitewater rafting—without worrying about injury. I knew I needed to get back to exercise and better eating, but it took me a while to take action.

Joining IronMountain Fitness was my turning point. The supportive community here is unlike any other, and it has been a huge motivator for me. The accountability and encouragement from the group made all the difference. Since joining, I’ve experienced weight loss, increased strength, and higher energy levels.
