Sasha Vogele

Sasha Vogele is a passionate health advocate with over 15 years of healthcare experience. After witnessing the impact of chronic disease, Sasha shifted toward a holistic, preventative approach. As the visionary behind IronMountain Fitness, Sasha promotes a balanced view of wellness—focusing on the mind, body, and soul. Her mission is to empower others with the tools and support to take control of their health and thrive.

Sasha believes that it is time for everyone to take the reins and become the CEOs of their well-being.

In addition to paving the path at IronMountain, Sasha leads our Corporate Wellness IM Setting Goals, IM Strong and IM Nourished workshops.

Lead Trainer & Nutritionist

Lisa Heath

Lisa Heath is our lead Personal Trainer and Nutritionist at IronMountain Fitness and has over 20 years of experience.

A former collegiate athlete, Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness with a major in PE and a minor in Psychology from Eastern Washington University. Additionally, she has earned a National Personal Training certification and became a Certified Functional Strength Coach.

Lisa's passion for fitness and nutrition drives her commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Lisa is a mom of five, an avid runner, and enjoys outdoor activities, embracing the spirit of continuous improvement.

Lisa also leads our Corporate Wellness IM Strong, IM Nourished and IM Stretching Workshops.

Creator of LinkedIn Learning's Compassionate Leadership course with nearly 30,000 learners, she brings a holistic touch to fostering dynamic workplaces where both individuals and business goals thrive.

Karen 'Car-in' Orvik

Karen is a free thinker who loves learning about preventative medicine and driving better health standards. Despite her lifelong love of fitness, Karen spent years improving her relationship with food, which helps her appreciate the challenge of adjusting one’s lifestyle.  

Experience driving physician program engagement, makes Karen mindful of the numerous responsibilities healthcare teams face. Being solution oriented Karen loves the IronMountain mission to promote prevention through healthy lifestyles, helping to ensure that wellness is a shared community responsibility.

In addition to business development for IronMountain Corporate Wellness, Karen leads our IM Valuable workshop; which is a perfect match for her “Strategic” and “Developer” CliftonStrengths.
