The United States spends more on healthcare than other wealthy nations, but sadly our outcomes are worse than comparable countries; the rate of chronic disease continues to increase rapidly. Diet and lifestyle can have a significant impact on chronic disease - however, these are two of the most difficult habits to influence. Our physicians and healthcare workers are expected to do increasingly more, but quite frankly, it is unfair to expect our physicians to shoulder the sole responsibility of educating and impacting habits that have likely formed over a lifetime. Furthermore, adult learners need to hear new information an average of seven times in multiple different ways before they are able to use it effectively. Positively influencing lifestyle needs to be a collective community effort. This is where business leaders like you can help because our workplaces provide inherent community and support systems. By promoting healthy lifestyle education in the workplace, your team can row together toward wellness. After all, we become the average of the five people we spend the most time with.

Workshops

Our wellness retreat workshops are designed to foster connection and collaboration within your team while providing valuable insights into personal health and wellness. Each workshop focuses on enhancing team dynamics, improving efficiency, and building strong relationships among team members.

Participants will engage in activities that not only promote physical well-being but also create a safe and supportive environment for learning. Our workshops cover essential nutrition information and provide hands-on experiences to empower your team to make healthier choices together. Join us for an enriching experience that strengthens bonds and enhances overall well-being—both individually and collectively!

  • We believe in the many benefits of building strength and include a strength training session in all our retreats. These sessions are designed to accommodate each member of your team’s varying abilities. We recognize that walking into new situations and trying new things can feel intimidating for some attendees, so we ensure these sessions are friendly so that all participants are appropriately challenged.

  • Prior to your retreat, each attendee will be sent a code to take a CliftonStrenths assessment. Before our time together, we ask that each person spend about 40 minutes completing the assessment. During this workshop we will dive into a deeper understanding of how each person’s strengths show up in the workplace.

  • Organizational Psychologist, Dr. Melissa Steach will spend 90 minutes with your team leading an Interactive visionary session focused on bringing clarity to your team’s professional goals.

  • We offer three IM Nourished sessions which cover the fundamentals of nutrition and build upon themselves. All retreats will include at least one IM Nourished session.

  • Dr. Melissa Steach, Organizational Psychologist will spend 90 minutes providing tools for approaching difficult workplace conversations successfully.

  • Your team will learn successful tactics to accomplish their goals by forming new habits. Retreats that include this workshop also include an annual subscription to our IMFit App for each attendee. The IMFit App is a great place to track progress of goals and habits.

  • Yoga - friendly for all levels with an emphasis on stretching and mobility.

  • Organizational Psychologist Dr. Melissa Steach will present on physical, cognitive, and social macro ergonomics to support whole healthy people for a workplace that thrives.

Are you ready to invest in your team?

We offer four retreat options starting with as little as a four-hour commitment at an entry cost of $1,250, which includes up to ten attendees. Our facility comfortably accommodates 30 to 40 attendees depending on your retreat selection. We will happily customize a package to match your team’s needs. Additionally, we offer individual sign-up options to appropriately accommodate smaller teams and individuals who want to experience IronMountain Corporate Wellness.

Coming in from out of town? We will coordinate accommodations at a lovely nearby boutique hotel. And we suggest that you stay an extra day to explore beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and downtown Spokane, Washington.
